Christiaan, this is a delightful piece of writing. Brenda Zimmerman, a mentor to me, called the act of moving from liberated interaction to a conventional pattern “snapback.”

I like snapback because it describes the resilience of our habits. We unwittingly “snapback” to what is comfortable and familiar.

LS makes it possible to choose another pattern… that may one day become a habit. I cannot wait!

One seriously fun strategy is to invite a few people in the group to notice when snapback is happening… and to call it out to group members. As the leader, this can help get you out of the “facilitation role” and distribute responsibility for liberating to more people in the group.
